Return and Exchange Period:

You may return or exchange any product purchased from orsejewels.com within 30 days from the date of purchase. After this 30-day period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging. It must also include all tags, labels, and documents that were included with the product.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at info@orsejewels.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
    Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and documents.
    Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the item to the address provided when you receive your RA number. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
    Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within our business days.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our customer support team to initiate the exchange process. We will assist you in placing a new order for the desired item, and once we receive your returned item, we will process a refund for the original purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will replace it or issue a refund, including the cost of return shipping.
