• We cannot currently ship a single order to multiple destinations. To send to different locations, kindly place separate orders.

Shipping Costs

• Domestic: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders within India!
• International: You will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges associated with your international order. Additionally, any applicable duties or taxes levied by the destination country will be your responsibility and payable to the courier at the time of delivery.

Customs Clearance

All shipments leaving India require clearance by customs. This involves inspection and assessment of the products and documentation. You may receive a package sealed with an “Opened for Customs” label – this is completely normal and does not indicate tampering. Please disregard any message suggesting otherwise.

Shipping Partners

We trust our domestic orders to reliable partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, and Ecom Express. For international shipments, we collaborate with UPS.

Delivery Time frames

While delivery times may vary depending on your location, we strive for speedy and efficient service.

• Domestic: Expect your order within 5-7 business days from confirmation, barring any unforeseen delays caused by government authorities. In the unlikely event of a significant delay, we will promptly cancel your order and issue a full refund through your original payment method. For security purposes, ID verification will be required upon delivery. Acceptable forms of identification include:

  • Driver’s License
  • Passport
  • Voter ID Card
  • Aadhaar Card (Postal Identification Card)
• International: International deliveries typically arrive within 7-21 business days following confirmation, excluding delays by government bodies. Should your order experience a substantial delay, we will cancel it and process a full refund using your original payment method. As with domestic deliveries, ID verification is required upon receipt. Please ensure the recipient has either a passport or driver’s license available.
